Alan is a highly qualified and experienced Osteopath and Naturopath, having trained at the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy (BCNO), now renamed the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) in London, UK.
He is also a Certified Practitioner of Pilates for Rehabilitation, Certified Yoga Teacher, and CHEK Exercise Coach. He has a background in Human Movement Studies and Physical Education, and has a wealth of experience in sport, exercise and movement science. He is passionate about all aspects of health, exercise and well-being.
Alan has taught and lectured Physical Education and Human Movement Studies, and has lectured Osteopathic Medicine in the UK before moving to Sweden. He is currently senior lecturer in Osteopathic Medicine at the Stockholm College of Osteopathic Medicine (SCOM). In his practice he combines structural and cranial osteopathic techniques in a naturopathic and holistic approach to treating the individual, and uses corrective exercise involving elements of yoga and pilates.
He is also co-founder of Inspire magazine.

Cissi Williams is a highly qualified and experienced Osteopath, Cranial Osteopath, Naturopath, Master Practitioner of Hypnosis, Trainer of NLP and Transformational NLP Break-Through Coach.
She is passionate about giving tools, techniques and wisdom to others so they can heal and evolve spiritually. She does this through her writing, courses, seminars, and treatments.
She is a member of the General Osteopathic Council, and qualified as an Osteopath from the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy (now called the British College of Osteopathic Medicine) in London in 1997, after having undergone a four-year full-time osteopathic training leading to a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Osteopathic Medicine.
She started training in NLP in 2002 (Practitioner and Master Practitioner with The Performance Partnership in London) and has since then been busy with taking clients through NLP Break-Through Sessions. In 2006 she became a Trainer of NLP after having trained with John Grinder (co-founder of NLP), Carmen Bostic St Clair and Michael Carroll. She has since then run her own Practitioner and Master Practitioner NLP Trainings, having specialised in how to use NLP for deep inner transformation, health and healing. She has developed a unique course teaching her advanced students in how to take a client through a Transformational Break-Through Session. This training also incorporates clinical practice.
She worked between 1997-2007 in the UK (Blackberry Orthopeadic Clinic, North End Medical Surgery, The Bell Trees Clinic, as well as in Boots as one of their Osteopaths), and she specialised in Peadiatric Osteopathy. In 2007 she moved to Sweden with her husband, and she now works in Hälsans Hus, Stockholm.
She has written The Well-Being Handbook, an A-Z Guide to Holistic Healing (published by Findhorn Press in 2005). She also used to be the monthly Natural Health Expert for Junior Magazine, where she advised parents in how they could increase their child’s health and wellbeing.
In Spring 2012 her new book Transformational NLP and Healing with the Spirit will be published by Duncan and Baird Publishers.
She set up Inspire Magazine: A Body, Mind and Spirit Guide to Well-Being with her husband, and their first issue was being published in November 2009. It is now published four times per year, and sold in main newsagents and shops.
